I'm not sure if i have an answer. It did seem like Feyerabend wished for science to be challenged by a newer institution (just like religion had been challenged by science). Maybe he thought a balance would be achieved when science is being challenged (which would perhaps help in shedding its dogmaticism/arrogance)?

But it also seems like he wished for a radical reconstruction of science as per his visualisation of science as an art. How much of this newer institution would resemble science (to be even called science) I do not know.
