What you have said makes sense (and is very well put). However, while it provides an explanation for why we might have minds (or wireless connectivity), it does not provide an argument composed of infallible premises. (Other) minds exists, yes (it certainly seems intuitive to think so) but what rationale do we have to believe that? This seems to be the issue with skeptical arguments - once you get in and try to understand them, you are trapped in them and if you consider rationality and reason as your tools, there seems no way out of the issue posed.
